• Contact information: name, phone number, email, billing and shipping address.
• Payment information: billing details. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paystack; we do not see or store your card details.
• Order information: purchase history, bag contents, custom order details.
• Body measurement and design information: measurements, fitting notes, visual guides and design preferences you provide for bespoke services, and information about wedding or event dates, delivery timelines and fabric or style selections.
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and other communications with our client care team, including conversations with Muse, our online assistant.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, website activity.
• Service interaction data: consultation bookings, feedback, client records, and virtual fitting session recordings where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your private measurements or custom design specifications with any third party unless required to deliver your order.

• Authorised third-party stylists or representatives, only when approved by you.
